Ingredients:
1 full grain egg
2 egg whites
80 ml of fat-free milk
28 gr butter / margarine
2 slices of integral wheat bread
10 grams of brown sugar

In a container we mix eggs and milk. In a pan we thaw butter. We sliced the feta bread with eggs and milk and blotted it in the previously heated frying pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. We cook the eggs for approximately 5 minutes on each side and serve on a plate where we decorate it with broken strawberries.
